GUEST SERVICES OPERATIONS

This program provides students with professional skills to work at the front office in various types of hospitality and customer service operations. It entails both theoretical and practical training. Students will be equipped with thorough technical, interpersonal and operational skills that will prepare them to hold positions as receptionists, cashiers, night auditors, guest relation representatives, concierge , public relation officer and sales clerks.

Entry Requirement

●      16 years old and above

●      Malaysian only

●      Able to read, write and perform basic computation

●      Healthy and free from drugs/alcohol addiction

Certification:

A Level 3 Malaysian Skilled Certificate (SKM) shall be awarded to trainees achieving the required skills.
